How the website works

The site consists of entries – ranging from place visits to folktales to contemporary events – that contribute to the work of the project. Posted entries contain thoughts, anecdotes, newspaper articles, book quotes, stories, poems, songs, historical research, literary reflections, images, and personal experience that strike us as relevant. Over time, a pattern of themes, a set of overarching narrative threads, and pressing questions may emerge. Who knows? In this sense, the website is a blank canvas.

As with any creative endeavour, it is helpful to have boundaries, or constraints, that guide decision making and potentially spark further thought. As a result, a set of provisional criteria for posting website entries has been devised.

Maybe this will spark your curiosity, in which case get in touch, either via the comment form below each website entry, or by sending an email.
