So what’s going to be included on this website, and what’s not?

A resounding yes to things that -

• evoke experience;
  
• greet the senses;
• coax the imagination;
• invoke the spirit of place and of the Isles;
• point to possibilities for the future;
• positvely help in the task of definining the tale’s thread, of ‘people & lands’;
  

and,

• tickle taste buds, propose poetry, lyrically language, tell stories superlatively, heft histories, thread thoughts, and explain exhilaratingly!

And a measured no to -

• sentimental reminiscing;
• distracting fetishising;
• obsessive theorising;
• threadbare trivialising;
• definitive answering;
• provocative patriotism;
  

or,

• benumbing propaganda.
